As time goes by, the ink and solder mask ink used in PCB screen printing accumulate more and more on the screen frame. This ink cannot be removed by traditional solvents, such as EGBE (ethylene glycol monobutyl ether), also known as 2-Butoxyethanol or acetone; it cannot be removed by mechanical methods, such as scraping or rubbing.

CLEANER3# screen frame cleaner is a new type of special solvent for cleaning screen frames developed by our company. It can be used to clean various types of metal screen frames without damaging the metal on the surface of the screen frame.

Direct immersion and short immersion time saves time and effort, has little odor, is easy to clean, does not require heating, and reduces energy waste.

Instructions for use

Clean the tank and add 100% CLEANER3# stock solution, temperature: room temperature.

Directly put the screen frame in and soak for 10-30 minutes (adjust according to the thickness of ink accumulation on the surface of the screen frame).

After wiping with a rag or brush, rinse with water.

Addition: As the number of cleanings increases, when the working tank liquid level decreases, the liquid level must be replenished.

Slot replacement frequency: When the screen cleaning time is extended to 2~3 hours or when there is too much ink deposition, the slot must be replaced. Generally, 1 slot can clean 1000-3000 screen frames.

Exhaust: Required, and the operating environment is open and ventilated.
