Product Description
KEY-289PVA emulsion is a water-based vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion.
This product is suitable for use in A2 grade fireproof aluminum-plastic board core materials.
This emulsion has a medium-high solid content and low viscosity, allowing the addition of medium filler. It can be formulated into a slurry with good fluidity that meets the customer's board core material. No organic solvents and plasticizers are added during the production process.
Product Features
It can be used in applications requiring medium loadings of powders such as calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide (ATH), magnesium or bromine flame retardants.
Application
Overview: Suitable for producing high-strength, low-water-absorption A2-grade fireproof aluminum-plastic panel core material. It has high tensile strength and low water absorption.
Special instructions: It can be dried at high temperature and will not turn yellow. It has good adhesion to color fillers, and the core material has high peel strength after being synthesized into finished products.
Storage and Transportation Requirements
When stored in a tank or barrel, the correct storage conditions must be maintained.
The best shelf life in the unopened original container is 6 months at a temperature of 5 to 30°C. For details, please refer to the "Best Use Date" on the product packaging label.
The shelf life exceeding the best use date does not mean that the product will not be used, but in this case, we recommend that customers test whether the product's performance meets the requirements of the desired purpose before using the product.
Since the emulsion is weakly acidic, it is not recommended to use iron or tin equipment or containers for storage.
Since the polymer emulsion is easy to form a film, it may form a crust or agglomerate during storage or transportation. Therefore, we recommend filtering the product before using it.

Store in a specific environment, keep it in a ventilated and dry warehouse.
Avoid direct sunlight and transport as non-dangerous goods.
