Instructions for use
Preparation:
This product is diluted with a diluent to a 0.1-0.5% (mass ratio) solution for standby use. The prepared solution should be used as soon as possible; if there is any residue, it should be sealed to avoid long-term contact with air, prevent moisture, and store at low temperature.
Operation method:
The substrate (material) to be treated is treated with ultrasound (or plasma machine) to make the substrate surface clean, dry, free of floating powder, ash, grease and other pollutants.
The diluted solution of this product is treated on the surface of the substrate by coating, spraying or immersion, and the test can be carried out after standing at room temperature for a few minutes.
After the substrate is cured, use ultrasound to clean off excess anti-fingerprint oil or impurities, or wipe off excess product with a dust-free cloth.
Lifespan:
More than 10 years (the theoretical lifespan is 25-30 years. The coating examples so far have lasted for 10 years and no problems have occurred).
