Nano waterproof coating for smart electronics

KEY series electronic nano waterproof coating can form a high-performance oil-diffusion moisture-proof protection layer for electronic parts and precision instruments. Oil diffusion on PCB substrate can prevent moisture-proof and corrosion protection of PCB substrate and electronic components. The leakage of micro-motor grease and the moisture-proof and oil-proof capacitance of watch parts can form high-performance film plastic, metal, glass through the anticorrosion and moisture-proof treatment of devices, various sensors, PDA and other parts. A transparent film of 1 micron is formed at room temperature, with low surface tension (11-12mn/M), easy to apply and has excellent moisture, oil and fouling effects.

Physical Performance:

It is mainly used in plastic, metal, glass and other surfaces to form an extremely thin transparent soft film, which can form a high-performance oil-proof, pollution-proof and moisture-proof protection coating for various precision electronic components and instruments.

Use method:

Prepare a suitable container for the PCBA.
Pour the appropriate amount of nano solution and dip the PCB plate into the nanosolution.
The immersion of PCB completely into the nanosolution for approximately 3-5 seconds allows proper rotation to obtain a more complete and uniform conjunctival effect.
After the PCB plate was removed from the solution, placed on a clean desktop at room temperature, the nanopcoating is nanoscale thick and almost visible to the naked eye, the PCB surface looks clean and tidy and completely dry in about 10-15 minutes.
Superhydrophobic phenomenon of nanocoatings was observed by dripping or spraying water on the PCB.
It can be compared with the traditional three-proof paint on the PCB surface, the PCB surface droplets are more rounded and neat, like the lotus leaf effect, the beads rolling, on the other hand, the droplets on the public surface of the PCB is sheet.
