Electronic fluorinated liquid is a perfluorinated liquid with high stability, high dielectric constant, ideal chemical inertness, good thermal conductivity and good system compatibility. Immersion cooling: Place the server in a closed box and immerse it completely in insulating liquid.
Attributes:
- Permeability: low viscosity, extremely low surface tension, can penetrate small cracks, and small viscosity change at low temperature
- Chemical properties: excellent thermal conductivity, thermal stability, and chemical stability
- Drying: moderate boiling point, low heat of vaporization during evaporation, fast evaporation rate, good drying, short drying time, dehydration, and no water marks.
- Affects the excellent material compatibility of solid materials and will not damage the surface of plastics, resins, metals and other materials
- Regeneration: can be regenerated by steam slides, can be reused, and reduce costs
- Safety: no ignition point and flash point, does not belong to the dangerous goods stipulated in Article 7 of the Fire Protection Law. 7. Electrical insulation: not always stable, does not change with temperature. 8. Safety in use: non-toxic during use, gas in the air. 9. Environmental hazards: colorless, odorless, non-toxic, ozone depletion potential (ODP) is 0, global warming potential (GWP) is low, in line with environmental protection policies. Widely used in various temperature control and cooling systems, especially internal cooling of wind turbines, widely used in computer server systems and immersion cooling media of high-voltage transformers, electric vehicle battery pack cooling systems, phased cooling array radars, etc.
