Steps for Cleaning the Fixing Tank Using a Circulation Device

1. Drain the bleach fixer solution and rinse the tank and circulation system with warm water (note: rinse it first).
2. Pour the prepared fixing system cleaner working solution directly into the bleach fixer (or fixing) tank, start the circulation pump and heat to circulate the solution until the system is clean. After at least 30 minutes of cleaning, drain the tank and circulation system and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
3. If necessary, remove the tank frame and gently brush the roller with a soft brush moistened with cleaning working solution. For heavy deposits, solid roller tank frames can be soaked overnight. However, hollow roller tank frames should not be soaked, and the tank frame should be removed and the rollers should be gently brushed with a soft brush moistened with cleaning working solution.
4. The soaking temperature should not be higher than 93°C and should not exceed 72 hours. It is more effective to develop a regular cleaning habit than to wait until heavy deposits occur before cleaning.

Cleaning Steps for Fixing Replenishment Cylinder and Pipes

1. Empty and rinse the replenishment cylinder and pipes with warm water (the working cylinder of the punching and expanding machine should also be emptied, or the cylinder is filled with cleaning liquid).
2. Pour the prepared working liquid of the fixing system cleaner directly into the replenishment cylinder, and brush the cylinder body with a soft brush moistened with the cleaning working liquid.
3. Turn on the replenishment pump to allow the working liquid of the fixing system cleaner to flow through the pipe into the bleaching (or fixing) working cylinder, or the cleaning working liquid is already in the bleaching (fixing) working cylinder. Then turn off the replenishment pump and ensure that the system is soaked for at least 30 minutes. Empty or extract the cleaning working liquid from the replenishment cylinder together with the working cylinder, rinse the replenishment cylinder and working cylinder thoroughly with warm water, and turn on the replenishment pump at the same time to thoroughly rinse the pipes.

Rinse the Sink and Rack Cleaning Steps

1. Close the discharge valve.
2. Pour the prepared working liquid of the fixing system cleaner directly into the bleaching (or fixing) cylinder, start the circulation pump and heat to circulate the solution until the system is clean. Or soak it until it is clean.
3. If necessary, remove the tank frame and gently scrub the rollers with a soft brush moistened with cleaning fluid. Drain and rinse the cylinder thoroughly with warm water.
4. For heavy sediment, solid roller tank frames can be soaked overnight. However, hollow roller tank frames must not be soaked, the tank frame should be removed and the rollers should be gently scrubbed with a soft brush moistened with working fluid.
5. The soaking temperature must not exceed 93°C and should not exceed 72 hours. Note: Gloves, masks and protective clothing must be worn.
